Love how the bright, beautiful birds are the focal point against the equally beautiful but more subtle background and trees.

The color scheme goes so well with this drawing! Is it complementary? I absolutely adore the parrot's vermillion feathers with the bits of azure, opal, citrine and topaz in them. The emerald pine needles in the bg look fantastic. 5/5 hearts and faves
