Not Good but please rate :) I tried drawing her face but it didn't come out right. I've quicksaved it so I'll try and add the face later :)

O gosh that took forever to type lol. =( missed out on a game of ping-pong... oh well
should curve in more. it makes it look more natural. use less airbrush with the clouds. add more detail in the waves. I think your drawing is nice and if you use these tips, you'll be able to draw her more realisticly!
the clothes: put the wrinkles UNDER the boobs. otherwise it kinda looks like her ... are small and wrinkly. lol. look at a picture of a shirt and select a slightly darker shade of pink and color it where the wrinkles are on the picture.also the pants
than work on the face. make a line about halfway down the head. this is for the eyes. draw another line in the direction she's facing. this is for the nose and mouth. to draw the features look at your reference and try to copy the shapes.
give it highlights by using a light, soft yellow on 50% trans. and than use a little whote on 15% trans. add shadows by using black on 8% and darker shades of yellow on trans between 10-50
OK this is a good start. I'm gonna give you some harsh critquing. first of all, shade the hair without using black on 100% transparency, instead try using several colors on low transparencies such as brown, gold and different shades of yellow.
