He's suposed to be wind but he looks like water. ; A ; He also looks like a mixture of Lao from kuroshitsuji and Gin from bleach, but he looks ALOT moar like Lao. Lawl *fails at kimono*

I love how you did the hair, face, colours, outline, kimono, background and uhhh everything else! :D I really like how you did the hair, and the background is interesting, but not OTT..y'know? xD 5/5
I actually think his name is Rao and not Lao, but I dun really care. It sounds the same to me. D: *fails at remembering names*
TOTALLY looks more like Lao. I got the wind reference though. I think it'd look more like water if the blue was a different shade. Totally 5/5.
