Artist description:
the weeping willow is my favorite tree. It's limbs grow low to the ground and the leaves are described as a symbol of tears. It was used as a medicinal plant in early times. If you got a headache it would help cure it and fever. (more in comments)

These are one of the most beautiful trees on earth, even in the winter when they are leafless. The tiny wispy branches have a gracefullness to them that are pleasing to the eye. 5h c f

The title reminded me of 'My Girl' (movie) right off the bat because of her tree poem in that movie. This is a pretty draw..very deep greens and great texture!

Ok I will go out on a limb here (no pun). In my part of the woods these are called ***** Ellen Trees. I wonder why..?? More Munoosha..:)
