Some ref and some memory Theres a cool park right behind the RR tracks where you can walk out on the rocks in the James river If you ever go to Richmond check it out.I think its called Bell island

It does look like Richmond. It's very detailed and colorful, despite looking a bit dour. The train tracks look particularly interesting. I also like the city in the background and the interesting color of the sky. It's fascinating. 5/5 and favorites.
