Smooth, Slick, Evil Tarakuzai! Manga (Original)
Another bad background bites the dust. At least it suits him (Party-like look). I wanted to try my hand at chibi but I kinda failed. And yes, that is the first time I've drawn PHAT PANTS ^-^ but I reckon I was successful. Tarakuzai--My new character.

hah! a disco character! my first time seeing one of these kind
