Wow she's cute! I love every detail of this drawing!
She looks so kawaii and indeed a bit French or so. :) Her expression is super cute. :D I love her beautiful blue eyes and lovely blonde hairstyle. Her uniform-like outfit looks style and pretty. I like her hat and the background color a lot 5/5 heart
