Ohmygod, this is so cute. I simply adore the characters they're so cute. One thing I would like to suggest is that you might want to put an outline around the tree, I would cause when it's done linelessly while the characters have outlines.
My reply to you had a typo. I didn't mean "Would" I meant "Wouldn't" I keep making typos -_-

actually the tree is only in the background so i don't think it needs an outline. :)
