Loving the sketchy style! I'm a triplet so this is very interesting to me, i can realte to this, as Dudo mentioned below, they all look to have different personalities, i can defiently say which of my sisters is 'the evil one!' Very talented drawing!

It's like the good triplet, the evil triplet, and the psychotic triplet!! Best combination I can think of!

I so diggz the texture of that hat and the creepish but cool detail of the purple/pink eye. XD Kudos on that shading and the hatching. I like this triplet idea of yours tho. Twins you get to work with the good twin and the evil twin. But triplets...
