The Storm Is Near Manga (Original)
Finally-- I'm done! 15 hours, 26 layers, and yet they're only half of my characters for my ThunderHead plot. All of them (except the girl in the top right corner) have control over some type of storm. The first 3 (bottom) are the main protagonists.
