Re-submitted after making changes, sorry guys. This is fanart of a Touki No Tsubo(artist) drawing that I fell in love with. I made the colors different and the drawing a bit different from the original, but shouldnt most fanart have your own touch?:)

how u draw underwater? such lovely scene, keepin it in my fav :3
Just imagine the air as bubbles and liquid? Keep in mind that water is very reflective, and it gets its blue color by reflecting the sky, usually. So, the things that are in the water will have a blue tint. :) Hope this helps a bit. Thanks!
