He does look like L. But just with different hair color lol,maybe his other twin? ;D
who is he i wonder?? he reminds me of some characters but none in particular come 2 mind lol :p tho luvvv how u colored his skin :)) cool~
It was originally supposed to be L from death note... but it was such a fail I decided not to say it. :D
