Used the fill tool only. I love that tool except that it sometimes seems to act up after the ink gets to about 50% left. (at least it acts up on my old computer)

her saree is like a cascade of blue! you're so good at shading and taming the fill tool! must have taken you a lot of time and concentration to do this!
