this drawing just kind of jumped right at me from all the thumbnails :D It was mostly due to her happy expression and the mostly blue background.I'm a sucker for blue you know ;)The overall is very good especially her eyes and the gown.And shading :D

Award: Skillful draw. Liked: Colors , shading , the character herself....I just like it okay? xD Oh and the eyes are super trippy. You should make more originals like this ^__^. Tips: I think you went a little too short with the right side of the jaw...makes her chin look off...plus the ear is a bit too low..maybe more then just a head and shoulder shot? More detailed BG? The shoulders are a bit disproportionate as well.
