this reminds me of this tutorial i had where we needa draw a bird upside down. its to train our observation skills i think? and you can't really tell if your drawing looks right unless you tilt your head to the left and you did an incredible job.5h+!

Awesom drawing! Lips look awesom. Her right eye (iris) looks a bit strange, turned too much to the side. Also the eyes set a bit far apart and because of that you had to make them smaller. Other from that (small issues) it looks fantastic!
