its not finished yet, but hopefully i can fill it in later, im a charcoal pencil guy, so i like this look, but im going to try and learn how to fill it in...

I give it a '10' as is. the drawing fits the title with the way the composition is set up. That said, if it was my drawing, I might try two things,
first, to experiment with the positive and negative space around the mouth, very flat right now, (though that is interesting. . )
and second, maybe adding some brownish red tones to the jacket, give it a conte sort of feel. . .
but I am afraid to critique because your technique is years ahead of mine. (no joke, you have talent).
